At Cult Furniture, we want you to love your home; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes with all protective padding and components included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Choose between our convenient home collection service for larger furniture pieces or drop off smaller items at a designated local courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
