How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For items currently in stock, we typically deliver within 3-5 working days. For larger furniture pieces or pre-order items, delivery times may vary and will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for any unwanted items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to most countries within the UK and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at the checkout based on the destination and the size of your order.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Cult Furniture products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural issues but does not include general wear and tear or accidental damage.

Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?

Absolutely. We understand that choosing the right texture and color is vital. You can order a selection of fabric swatches directly from our website to ensure they match your home decor before committing to a purchase.
